Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our thriving and rapidly growing organization. As a recruiting professional, the ideal candidate will lead the doctor recruiting life cycle of a market while also assisting with Office Support Positions. This includes a focus on leadership in the following recruiting functions: recruitment and sourcing, resume review/phone screens, coordinating and attending candidate visits, tracking/organizing data, and negotiating employment agreements.

Core Responsibilities:

Establish relationships with veterinary students and senior doctors through various sourcing strategies

Organize sourcing strategies with universities and other industry platforms

Review applications and interview applicants to place within our network of practices nationwide

Utilize social medial and other networking platforms to build candidate pipeline

Ensure company staffing needs are filled in a timely manner, and that the company maintains a robust pipeline of qualified candidates

Schedule interviews

Post all job ads

Negotiates employment agreements

Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

At minimum 2-3 years of prior high level recruiting experience preferred.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Prior ATS and data analytics experience

Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent presentation, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

Effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations
