Role : Corporate Strategy Manager

Remote Role

We are looking for a talented Filtration Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team in Nashville TN. This is a Hybrid position where you will need to be in office once a quarter or year depending on the need. We are currently offering full relocation to the Nashville TN area.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Participates in multiple business strategy projects with direct leadership of significant work streams; projects may be within a business unit, across multiple business units, or involve the creation of a new business venture, such as a joint venture, equity alliance, acquisition, etc.
• Applies strategic frameworks to analyze opportunities and develop solutions; synthesizes environmental data, stakeholder analysis, and market force data as a part of the financial and business analysis necessary to develop insights and solutions to support strategic business decisions.
• Works closely with the Business Segment Presidents and their staffs as well as key internal and external constituencies.
  Communicates complex strategy topics clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences through both written and oral communication.
• Actively participates in campus recruiting activities; conducts interviews on campus; interviews professional hires.
  Maintains business partnerships by effectively leading internal and external partners, such as peers in other units, staff groups, senior management and outside suppliers, to accomplish organizational goals and to identify opportunities and resolve problems.
• Manages, coaches, and mentors others; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Strategic Problem Solving - Drives solutions to strategic problems that fall outside of past experience through a top-down, hypothesis-driven approach with frequent iteration that evolved with diverse learnings gathered through the course of the project.
• Strategy Core Project Output Creation - Drives project output through an insight-driven approach that is founded on efficient and prioritized usage of the resources, and high-quality, credible research and analysis.
• Thought Leadership - Demonstrates independence and insightfulness through objectively approaching problems with creativity and appropriate development and use of frameworks.
• Demonstrates Motivation and Sense of Ownership - Feels and projects a high degree of motivation and sense of ownership for the project outcomes and the success of the Business.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree required
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Significant relevant work experience, including supervisory experience, required.
Strategy consulting experience preferred.
