Being a crew member for Baskin-Robbins is a fun, exciting and challenging job. Among the key responsibilities is to ensure that every guest is satisfied and pleased with their experience. Crew members serve quality ice cream and other food products being offered by the company to every customer and participate in the team effort to make sure that guests are served as quickly as possible. During work it is expected that each crew member maintain quality and cleanliness standards within the restaurant. Crew members must also be able to describe and assemble promoted products and or beverages in accordance to the ongoing marketing promotion.

Qualifications:

Skills

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age of 15)
