What we need…
The Clinical Revenue Integrity Program Coordinator will administratively support Ciox’s CRI division.
Responsibilities:
  • Sets up and coordinates conference calls and webinars for Denials division needs
  • Maintains productivity reporting by denials specialist
  • Creates necessary client and billing reporting
  • Sets up and coordinates conference calls and webinars for the Clinical Revenue Integrity (CDI) division needs
  • Maintains productivity reporting by CDI specialist
  • Creates necessary client and billing reporting
  • Coordinates query tracking with each CDI tower
  • Ensures employees are following IT procedures for issue resolution as well as escalation process.
  • Facilitates ticket follow up and escalation.
  • Manages, edits and inputs all e-time functions for the CRI division as necessary to ensure timely filing.
  • Tracks Paid Time Off (PTO) for employees.
  • Acts as central contact for employee call offs and ensures that Operations Manager and client is aware of attendance.
  • Liaison with staff, Payroll and Human Resources.
  • Orders equipment as needed.
  • Conduct orientation via orientation schedule.
  • Process new hire paperwork in coordination with Human Resources.
  • Assure employee has all facility pre-employment requirements including paperwork, background checks, healthcare tests or vaccinations, as applicable
  • Facilitate client access needs if applicable
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a service environment
  • 1-2 years healthcare experience
  • Excellent communication skills, effectively communicate in English with employees, managers, executive team and members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to effective handle multi-tasks
  • Ability to take direction and feedback from dual managers – each with separately defined expectations and needs for their respective regions
  • Experience working with confidential information and understanding of security around this information
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Competence with Microsoft Office products
  • Minimal travel may be required.

For remote work, this position requires that you provide a high-speed internet connection, subject to applicable expense reimbursement requirements (if any), and a work environment free from distractions.
With very limited exceptions (medical conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs that prohibit you from getting the vaccine), one of the requirements for this job is that you be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Pay ranges for this job title may differ based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role. The estimated pay range for this role is $17 - $25 per hour.
