Responsibilities
- The CRM Administrator is responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily.
- The CRM Administrator will be responsible for policing company data which may be entered by several CRM users.
- Administrators will ensure data is correct across accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
- They will ensure that all data fields are properly always populated with correct data.
- They will assist in creating sales reports for senior managers.
- Provide a central point of contact for all data collection, entry, and project information changes.
- Ensure accurate records of customer information, including contact information.
- Keep data in the CRM system up to date and maintained.
- Work collaboratively with sales and management to provide sales and customer reports.
- Construction CRM Administrator reports to the Western Regional Sales Manager and has no direct reports.
- Ability to work in an office setting utilizing a computer for daily tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
