THE ROLE


At Socios.com we are now looking for an experienced, analytical and enthusiastic CRM Manager to join our team and lead our CRM Campaigns from Ideation to Execution while leveraging our content and product. As the CRM Manager you will lead CRM and retention activities with the objective of engaging, retaining, reactivating and converting our user base.


You will also outline the user communication across the user lifecycle, both transactional and for marketing purposes. You will collaborate closely with the wider Marketing, Partnership and Product teams to ensure that we apply learnings from past activities as well as leverage new and existing tools and offers to maximise the impact of our CRM activities. This role will report to the Head of Global CRM at Socios.com.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and deliver automations and segmented campaigns to drive conversions, retention and cross-sell.
  • Outline user communications, both transactional and for marketing purposes.
  • Maximize user engagement via educational and promotional activities.
  • Drive optimization by testing creatives, copy, audience and reward type
  • Use a data-driven approach in all crm activities across all channels, ensuring ongoing analysis is carried out and continually tweak and improve lifecycle offers and user communications to maximize profitability
  • Ensure the delivery of high quality work through QA processes
  • Research and test different CRM campaigns to ensure specific audiences are being targeted with the right communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing & branding personnel to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all CRM campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead.
  • Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation.
  • Produce and present reports.
  • Keep abreast with new trends in web technology.
  • Liaise with content and creative teams to come up with communication ideas, creative approach, promotional materials and copies.


Requirements

  • You have +2 years of experience in CRM or Email Marketing
  • You are analytical and data-driven but also have an eye for great content that enables you to plan, create, introduce and develop successful new CRM campaigns
  • You are knowledgeable about the customer journey concept, loyalty and retention programs
  • You have proven experience in working with CRM and campaign and communication management tools
  • You take pride in your campaigns and see each of them as a learning opportunity
  • You are an expert collaborator, efficiently working in international and cross-functional teams
  • You have a good understanding of various CRM strategies and their commercial use, including email marketing & in-app marketing strategies and segmentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required
  • Basic HTML is a plus
