The CRM Manager will be responsible for growing our customer retention and

acquisition marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is someone with extended commerce experience, self-motivated, highly collaborative with strong communication skills. As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the execution, monitoring, and reporting of all email channels companywide. You will utilize email campaigns to improve customer retention and drive business growth.

Reports: This position will report to the SVP, Brand and Marketing

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, coordinate and execute email campaigns to engage subscribers
• Develop short & long-term tactical commerce strategies and automations focused on customer journeys through both email marketing and SMS marketing platforms to increase retention and customer lifetime value
• Pivotal in leading and transforming Skybound’s overall email marketing strategy through editorial driven moments, B2C product campaigns and segmented product automation initiatives
• Generating ecommerce email practices, opt-in email marketing, funnel strategies, email team project management and processes
• Identify new opportunities for marketing programs, improving the customer experience through (email, SMS, etc.) campaigns
• Set overall email campaign KPIs for all commerce and brand initiatives while monitoring and optimizing campaign and workflow performance to meet and exceed identified KPIs
• Develop customer and community engagement solutions to ensure the most optimal customer experience by providing accurate, helpful information and timely responses
• Actively analyze and provide timely performance reporting against existing and new strategies
• Manage the day-to-day SMS calendar, briefing process, execution, weekly reporting and improvement recommendations based on in-market best practices.
• Strategize, test and implement email personalization, dynamic content and other tactics to match creative to the needs of each customer
• Plan, coordinate and execute email campaigns to engage subscribers
• Work cross-functionally with data and business teams to develop long-term KPI goals

• 
  3-5 years of email marketing, email operations and best practices, with a focus on e-commerce
• Must have experience working with marketing automation tools and ESPs
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing creative, high impact, revenue driving email and SMS campaigns
• Goal-oriented, strategic and creative thinker with a hands-on approach to driving and obtaining results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Foundational understanding and knowledge of HTML and CSS

Salary Range: $110,000-$115,000

• Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc
• The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees
• Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
