Job Title: Cropping/Maintenance Assistant
Reports To: Agronomy Manager
Assists: Farm Manager
General Description:
1. Preform on Farm maintenance as required.
2. Keep all machinery maintained and in working order.
3. Preform preventative maintenance and repairs on all machinery.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Agronomy knowledge:
- Regenerative Ag practices
- Seed selection/application
- Herbicide/insecticide selection/application
- Planting requirements/procedures
- Mechanical experience and ability are a necessity.
· Organized and detailed oriented.
- Proficient in computer skills. Excel, Industry records software.
- Ability to speak Spanish is helpful, but not necessary.
Work schedule: This is a full-time position. Weekend and Holiday work is required as workload and weather dictates. On call for weekend work as necessary.
Compensation:
Annual Salary: dependent on experience

Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour
