We are seeking a Culinary Assistant Server/Dishwasher that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.

In the role of a Culinary Assistant Server/Dishwasher you will be responsible for enhancing the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile. The incumbent will perform table service in a caring, professional, and timely manner.

Culinary Assistant Server/Dishwasher assists residents with all dining needs, set-up and cleaning the dining room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards. Observe residents to respond if they require additional service and embrace teamwork and collaboration among all staff.

Schedule: 8-hour shift, days will vary, weekend availability

Rate of pay: Based on experience.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED orequivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in healthcare serving the senior community.
• Must have a working knowledge of sanitation practices relating to food handling.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player
