As a YMCA Custodian, you will work with our Facilities team and perform custodial work for the routine cleaning and upkeep of the buildings and grounds to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our members, community, and staff.

- You are able to learn and practice the safe and correct operation of the equipment assigned to perform the required tasks.
- You are able to learn and practice the correct procedures and techniques used in cleaning the facility.
- You are able to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
- You are able to report and record maintenance requests.
- You have knowledge of cleaning methods and custodial, maintenance, and office equipment.
- You have a basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.
- Able and willing to complete Child Abuse Prevention training on the first day of employment and other online or in-person training as required.

Hours:* Part-Time, up to 25 hours per week
