Job Description:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will:
- Respond to customer service inquiries on account activities
- Ensure vehicles are processed according to schedule
- Maintain vehicle inventory, tracking, and billing
- Communicate status to key stakeholders
- Run performance and operations reports
Your experience and background include:
- One year in customer service, inventory control, or accounting is preferred
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math knowledge
- Ability to use MS Excel, and MS Office at an intermediate or better level
