Sam Levitz Furniture, Southern Arizona's largest furniture retailer, is currently accepting applications for the position of Customer Care Manager. This position is very customer facing both on the phone and in person, customer service etiquette and ability to learn our information systems are very important! Positions available at all of our Tucson, Green Valley and Oro Valley locations.

Requirements

· Works in partnership with Store Staff and Operations

· Assign tasks and ensure all staff positions are covered for the duration of shift

· Field complaints and address guest concerns

· Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide account information

· Ensure all store balancing is completed and accurate

· Maintain Telax Phone lines and monitor/manage results

· Oversee and manage customer care support staff

· Address complaints and requests with quality customer service skills

· Recruit, interview, hire and train new employees

· Maintain office equipment

· Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies within budget

· Create, organize, and maintain schedules for customer care within budget

· Ensure front counter is covered at all times

· Perform bookkeeping and clerical duties

Qualifications

· 2+ years of previous experience as a front office manager or a related role required

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

· Solid customer service skills

· Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills

· Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
