Description:

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for Making Today Ridiculously Awesome for our Consuela customers by working directly with our customers or those that soon will be. We have an amazing community of Consuela supporters. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for everyone we interact with through establishing connections on an emotional level and being tenacious in our pursuit of providing solutions. In short, we believe that empathy and being a problem solver are the keys to great customer service. While this role can be fully-remote, there is a strong preference for the person to be located in the Central Texas area in order to visit the Austin office on occasion.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers reaching out through phone, email, text or chat
  • Handle a variety of experiences such as product recommendations, shipping questions and product issues with patience and empathy
  • Be a customer advocate by sharing customer stories and areas where we can improve
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with our repeat and new customers
  • Leverage our suite of customer experience tool to interact with and customers

Requirements:

We want someone who is an incredible verbal and written communicator. Empathy, compassion, respectfulness, patience, and a balanced mindset are key traits for the person in this role. We want someone who is selfless and takes enormous pride in delivering an exceptional experience. Problems are viewed as opportunities to learn something new. We are looking for someone who has 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing role using a variety of communication channels. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with navigating online tools to work with customers.
