Guided by the values of the company, the Customer Marketing Manager – Accounts is the Marketing conduit connected into Strategic Accounts shaping and executing the customer journey for specified accounts. Focus on 0–3 year implementation of the strategy, program development and implementation, and demand creation within a specified account.

Fundamental Areas of Focus:
  • Primary point of marketing contact for specified strategic account team
  • Shapes and oversees execution of the customer journey from an all-inclusive omni channel viewpoint
  • Lead in assimilation and leverage of strategic account sales and activity data
  • In-season agility to modify offer/response based on competitive issues/opportunities
  • Own dashboards related to specified strategic accounts
  • Pricing point of contact with commercial team, with respect to specified strategic accounts
  • Manage campaign, within agreed scope
  • Plan and participate in account planning and reviews, as applicable
  • Design and deploy digital strategy that enables campaign execution and improves the account experience
  • Matrix reporting to Head of Marketing

Requirements
  • BA/BS in Ag science or BA/BS is non-Ag discipline with significant industry background
  • A minimum of 5 years in Sales and/or Sales Management and marketing
  • Strong sense of customer
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve business outcomes by leading others through coaching and influence
  • Competency in business acumen
  • Strong intellectual curiosity
  • Strategic and tactical thinking
  • Communication (both oral and written)
  • Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization
  • Excellent people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner
