Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm OR Monday-Thursday, 9:30am-6pm and Friday 8:30am-5pm

*Fully remote option available depending on experience!*

The primary role of the Customer Order Processing Representative is to accurately enter customers orders and discrepancy credits via upload, web submission, or email.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for entering orders accurately and within the same day received through a wide range of sources including email, fax, web.
  • Required to pay close attention to details, reviewing, adding, or deleting comments necessary to process the order
  • Proofing order entry as required
  • Sending order / credit acknowledgments per customer request.
  • Required to make outbound calls to Sales Reps/Customers if clarification on order information is needed.
  • Assist in the resolution of any order issue, credit requests
    • Research shortages and damages by working with Operations and Transportation teams
    • Responsible for creating, processing and closing RGA’s (Return Goods Authorization) and Invoice credits
    • Resolves product or service issues by identifying cause of discrepancy
    • Respond to email credit/return requests regarding order discrepancies in a timely manner
    • Handle product recalls
  • Collaborate with the Order Processing Manager, Order Processing Supervisors, Senior Order Processors, Customer Service Team and Sales team to ensure flawless execution of processing efforts

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidate MUST be able to travel to RI for the first week of training, paid for by PFX
  • High School Education or equivalent required, college degree a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in order processing
  • Keen ability to follow the order through delivery
  • Proficient with Excel, Google Suite
  • Solid work history, strong verbal and written communication with exemplary interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented
