Customer Relationship Manager Job at Quick International Courier
Manage and monitor Key account Customers and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. To ensure that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organization.
YOUR ROLE
To work collaboratively with Operations and Sales Management to ensure maximum client satisfaction. This role is budgeted starting $50K per year.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain relationships with main clients- Run daily activity reports and maintain overall awareness of live shipments
- Complete and send client reports
- Attend off site client meetings
- Provide shipment specific updates where required
- Escalate all client issues to the QuickSTAT management team and applicable Business Development account Manager
- Report to RDU Office Manager

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Associate's Degree or Equivalent experience- 2+ years of Customer Service
- 1+ Year of Air logistics experience
