Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Attend scheduled meetings, shifts, and workshops.
• Coordinate with management to set goals and quotas.
• Recommend merchandise to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to upper management for further investigation.
• Provide excellent customer service and convey information effectively to management.
• Identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions.
