Objective:
Providing value-added customer service to all clients by fulfilling customers inquiries and instruction on a timely manner.
Job Description:
- Communicate with customers and follow their instruction such as uploading documents and images.
- Create shipping labels and and place them on the product accordingly
- Maintain all files and make sure they are all easy to find
- Finish cases on a provided given time
Education and Experience:
- Excellent English writing and communicating skills
- Basic Excel Knowledge
- Sufficient mandarin communicating skills
- Physical Requirements:
- Being able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time
- Occational bending
