Responsibilities：
- Learn and demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, policies and procedures
- Navigate and communicate through different platforms, including phone, email and company’s social media accounts
- Listen closely to customers’ questions and concerns, and respond professionally and timely to inquiries, issues, concerns of customers
- Handle returns, exchanges and refund in a manner that satisfies all stakeholders
- Data entry / Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Outbound follow-up regarding complaints or service issues that our customers may have post-purchase.
- Assist with other office administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods highly desired
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluency in Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
