Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our highly skilled group of service professionals. Our business has remained open during the Stay At Home Order, and our service call volume remains high. As a Toyota of Kirkland Service Department Scheduler, you will use strong customer service skills via phone, internet, and in-person, to help manage all incoming service department scheduling requests. Our Service Schedulers take the bulk of all service related phone calls, and also greet customers on the drive when available. We have an extremely high call volume of customers wanting to book appointments, and we need organized, efficient representatives who can help assist them. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Field incoming service scheduling calls
• Schedule service appointments and recalls via phone and internet
• Accurately quote services, and explain the basics of what entails in that service.
• Actively listen and problem solve customer concerns to the best of your ability.
• Respond to online service requests and questions, promptly and accurately.
• Make outgoing customer calls for appointments, and other reminders.
• Fill in duties as required, such as assisting on the service drive
• Automotive knowledge is a plus
• Follows all safety and security procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces
• Highly professional and dependable
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to comprehend computer programs quickly
