We are searching for a Customer Service Clerk to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Delphos, OH. The Customer Service Clerk assists the Customer Service Manager in professionally and accurately taking orders, entering orders in the system, preparing shippers instructions.

In general, the Customer Services Clerk is responsible for assisting customers in their dealings with the company and in fulfilling such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Accurately and efficiently entering customer orders from telephone, telefax or other electronic means.
• Accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders and transmitting the orders to the appropriate person to schedule manufacture.
• Verifying the manufacture of the products.
• Accurately and efficiently preparing documentation necessary to ship the product.
• Pleasantly and professionally assists customers in their relationship with the company.
• Other duties as may be assigned by Customer Service Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
• Ability to interact with customers and coworkers professionally and efficiently.
• Familiarity with and ability to operate general office equipment.
• Excellent telephone and computer skills.
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Must be willing to work overtime including weekends and holidays if needed.
