Job Description

We are looking to add a customer service representative to the team to support our account executives. This is a remote position within a two hour drive of Litchfield County, CT. We come together 6-8 times a year for team building events.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor pending cancellations
- Work with automobile dealers and lenders
- Support our account executives with various service related tasks
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
