Customer Service Rep Job at Acara Solutions
Acara Solutions is looking for Retirement Service Center Associate for our client located in West Henrietta, NY
- Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for client retirement products in the 401(k) Client Service Center.
- Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and participant and client claims, and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with client policies and procedures.
- Handles inbound calls from active and terminated participants/employees of client Retirement Services clients
- Handles inbound calls from client/employer plan administrators
- Provides education on retirement products, client policies and procedures, or IRS guidelines and regulations
- Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams within the Retirement Services department
- Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of client retirement products
- Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Slesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
- Documents all interactions, performs data entry, maintains strong prioritization and organization
Pay and Benefits:
- The Salary for this position is $16.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Retirement Service Center Associate
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in Contact center or call center
- Experience in Client or customer service
- Research and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills and the ability to multitask across multiple screens
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
