About Position:

Full-time employee expected to work 40 hours per week including weekends. Representatives are expected to provide exceptional customer service to our valuable customers. We provide comprehensive training to ensure our Customer Service agents are prepared to deliver exceptional customer experience while handling incoming customer calls. Research and problem-solve to identify the best actions to deliver solutions driven results. Be proactive and follow up as needed to ensure one contact resolution. Build rapport with the customer, listen to the customer's needs, use active listening skills, and use empathy to assist customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact with customers and handling inquiries
  • Receives inbound calls and responds to customer requests and inquiries
  • Look for opportunities to offer and renew service contracts
  • Schedules service visits for customers within our A/C, Plumbing, and Electrical departments
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with customers for routine visits
  • Transfers calls to the correct department
  • Ensure the customer's information is up to date
  • Assist with customer inquiries, part status, updates and schedules.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Prior experience working in an HVAC or Plumbing company a plus
  • Dependable with excellent attendance, punctual, and a flexible schedule
  • Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime if needed.
  • Excellent customer service principles and practices.
  • Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as database and word processing software.
  • Skill in operating a multi-line phone system.
  • Skill in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry.
  • Team player
