Requirements:
- 2 years of customer service preferred
- Phone experience in a high call volume setting a plus
- Type a minimum of 35 wpm
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
- Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Plumbing and HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required
