All-Star Auto Glass and East-Side Mobile Auto Glass are regional companies serving the vast majority of the Puget Sound Area. We are looking to hire a full-time customer-oriented service representative to assist us in our daily operations. You will be the first contact for many of our customers, so you need to be motivated, passionate, and professional. We need someone that will maintain high customer satisfaction and uphold our excellent service standards.

DUTIES:

• Managing a large amount of incoming customer and vendor calls

• Writing customer glass repair quotes based on vehicle year, make, and model

• Solving customer's and technician's problems

• Filling out and filing paperwork

• Explaining and selling services to customers

• Assisting the accounting team with invoicing, collecting payments, and obtaining insurance approvals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous auto glass experience a plus

• MUST HAVE office experience handling multiple phone lines, capable of handling 50+ calls per day

• Proven customer service experience

• Excellent communication and mastery of the English language

• Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task

• High school diploma or equivalent

COMPENSATION:

• Starting at $19-$23 Depending on Experience

• $500.00 Signing bonus

• Medical & Dental available - Company covers 75% of employee monthly costs
