Arena Aztec Shaffer is seeking a motivated and energetic full-time Customer Service Representative. Join our experienced and professional team working in one of the largest event showrooms in the state of Texas. Our Team works together in a luxurious and trendy environment servicing Houston’s best cliental.

Through dedication and desire, you can join the industry’s leading expert. Assist clients through the turnkey process over the phone and in person backed by the largest inventory on the Gulf Coast. As a Customer Service Representative you should be able to build instant rapport, communicate with customers, understand their needs and achieve customer satisfaction.Be part of making the largest event s take place. Job Duties:

· Ability to understand client needs and requirements

· Provide excellent customer service

· Ability to work as a team player

· Ability to effectively enter data in a fast-paced environment

· Provide excellent phone and email etiquette

· Ability to problem solve

· Ability to maintain an organized workstation

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorize to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Effective communication skills and ability to provide feedback.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and display effective time management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays and weekends.
• 2+ years’ Customer Service or Inside Sales experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems
• Proven track record of successful Customer Service experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
