This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills. Each candidate must possess solid mathematical skills and an aptitude with computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc, have a desire to work with the public, and have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule (which includes two days off per week and will require working days, nights, weekends, and most holidays) * Resolve customer escalations * Order Filing and Maintenance * Maintain a neat and organized office · Ensure Sales are processed correctly & free of error * Checking tickets daily (before filing) * Ensuring products are ordered * Ensuring Balances reflect accordingly * Process financing paperwork o Ensure each sale is processed with correct lender o Follow up with guest to ensure authorizations do not expire * Delivery/Service Scheduling o Service Parts Ordering o Scheduling and Updating Delivery System (Dispatch Track) o Entering service orders into Service and Routing System * Order Management. o Notate customer orders o work in-stock orders/CPW report daily o Scheduling accordingly \*Shifting customer del dates as requested * Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries in person, over the phone and via email_._ * Maintain an updated knowledge of customer service policies. * Print Tags Reprint missing tags, sale tags and clearance tags * Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs. * Completing the daily task sheet and putting it with correct business day * Additional tasks/projects assigned by Sales Manager/Office Manager
