Job Description:
This position requires a high-energy, detail-oriented individual with a competitive drive to achieve daily individual and team goals.
Primary responsibilities include
  • Quoting and closing the sale of replacement parts to various customers via phone and email
  • Following up on active quotations and leads
  • Conducting customer and technical research to generate opportunities
  • Responsibilities include all entry of quotes, orders, and warranties
  • Fielding high customer call volume
  • Reporting of forecast and order status
  • Various other administrative duties related to the position
The Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative must also have a strong desire to learn the business, effectively multitask, have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to engage people at all levels of the organization and be driven to meet deadlines
Experience and Skills
  • Highly motivated to work in a high pressure fast-paced team environment
  • Consistent and proactive communicator with the team and others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage people at all levels of an organization
  • Creative solution provider that can drive growth to the department
  • Computer proficiency especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Experienced with ERP systems fluent in INFOR application MAPICS preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and technical backgrounds of plus
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $45-55K base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
