As we continue to grow, we seek a Customer Service Associate to join the team.

Responsibilities:
At BHB Pest Elimination we strive to provide the highest quality customer experience possible. A CSR is a necessary part of our business to help enhance our customers' experience. Day to day you will answer phone calls and emails from customers, schedule services, offer solutions to frustrated customers, and communicate with our technicians.
Required Skills: Organizational skills, communication skills, accountable, desire to consistently improve, and empathy.
Bonus Skills: Interest in social media, graphic design experience or SEO backgrounds
