What Will I Be Doing?

  • Manage high volume of customer interaction through various channels
  • Communicate directly with customers on services offered by our clients.
  • Assist customers with setting up accounts, technical support, and troubleshooting issues
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Achieve team targets and call handling quotas.

What qualifications do I need?

  • Must be able to commute to 402 Washington Ave, Iron River, MI 49935
  • 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of call center (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of computers e.g navigation, 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, open tabs (required)
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required)
