Position Summary
Evans Resource Solutions, LLC is looking for candidates to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining Communication between the Customer, Dock and Floor Staff as well as Management. You will be responsible for critical reporting for dock performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer all phone calls.
- Complete e-mail communication with customers and management as directed.
- Populate data into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
- Print reports as requested.
- Send reports as attachments to e-mails.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word.
- Manage the completion of new hire paperwork.
- File shipping and receiving documents as requested.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent attendance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Details & Location
- Located 2.5 miles from the McKinley Bridge in Madison, Illinois
- Shift 7:30pm to 330am Monday thru Friday plus flexible to work lots of overtime
- Starting wage $19.00
