Division Description:
The Twin Town Division is a full service, BRC certified, corrugated facility. We manufacture corrugated products from 6-color direct printing with UV coating, high graphic displays, retail ready packaging, and any size single or double wall containers.
Position Overview:
While working as a customer service representative at Green Bay Packaging you will work as part of a team dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers and support our sales staff. Excellent oral and written communication skills are the key to your success. If you have the skills to multi-task, prioritize and be detail oriented, this is the job for you.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls and emails.
- Accurately enter orders received from the customer by phone, fax or email.
- Process and follow through rush orders.
- Build long term relationships with our customers.
- Support the sales staff with customer requests.
- Communicate with the Customer Service Manager on a daily basis.
- Develop a thorough understanding of production capabilities.
- Create cost estimates based on customer’s requests.
- Support other Customer Service Representatives as needed.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Good math aptitude.
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
$19.25 - $21.50 an hour + Comprehensive benefit package including, medical, dental, life, and 401k.
