Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing prompt and friendly service to our customers. This role will serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and will handle order processing, follow-ups, problem resolution, data entry, and direct customer communication via phone and email. The Customer Service Representative will also serve as the main communication bridge between internal departments to ensure that customer requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt, friendly service via phone and email
• Process orders and follow up with customers to ensure that orders are processed and shipped correctly
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Accurately enter customer information and order details into our database
• Act as the main communication bridge between internal departments, including sales, production, and shipping
• Provide updates to customers on order status and delivery information
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
• Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and enhance the company's reputation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
