Customer Service Representative

Exertis Broadcast www.exertisbroadcast.com is seeking a customer service rep to join our team and eventually grow into a larger role in the company.

Exertis Broadcast is an amazing video technology company that sells through the North American reseller channel into Major motion picture companies, NBA, NFL, major entertainment companies, corporations and large universities.

To be successful in this role, you will have a reasonable knowledge of general accounting skills and work well in a team environment. You are detail-oriented and willing to learn. You must have an outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

· Answer incoming customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

· Assist with general office functions as needed.

· Customer Invoicing

· Sales order processing

· Assist marketing and accounting departments as needed.

· Maintain and order general office supplies.

· Assist with customer invoicing and data entry.

· Special Projects

Qualifications

· 1-3 years customer service experience preferred.

· Computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook

· Excellent oral and written communications skills

· Proven ability to handle multiple projects.

· Professional demeanor and energetic phone voice

· Ability to jump in and take on misc projects.

· Warm personality with strong communication skills
