Pay rate during training $10.00hr
After training expected to work minimum of 25 hours per week pay rate $17.00hr
hours less than 25 per week will earn $15.00hr
must be able to work any chosen hours between
Saturday - Wednesday 12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
5 hours minimum required monday and saturday or a combination of both.

What you'll be doing
- Responding to inbound inquiries from existing and potential customers related to web hosting and technical assistance of products and services
- Managing customer loyalty and retention
- Selling of all products and services
- Providing a patient, empathetic, and conversational experience for all customers
- Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and creatively work to find the right solutions
- Independently utilize all tools and resources to proactively ensure customer inquires and issues are fully resolved
