Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Status: Full- Time

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. No weekends. No nights.

Responsibility:

  • Efficiently and accurately execute the order management process from entry to delivery for assigned accounts to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Provide back-up support for other Customer Service Specialists during vacation and other absences.
  • Serve as primary contact for customers’ needs. Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Involvement in customer visits and hosting onsite meetings.
  • Proactively anticipate problems and initiate solutions before they become major issues.
  • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representatives knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Support inventory management by monitoring and reporting inventory status and initiate recommendations and actions to adjust and/or replenish inventory levels.
  • Learn all steps of the order fulfillment process using associated systems and applications.
  • Foster relationship with sales professionals to ensure accurate order pricing and product on all customer orders. Provide timely, complete, and direct information to communicate within the organization and the customer base.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must have strong organizational and math skills. Must be proficient in typing.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Prior print industry experience, or proven track record in providing full-service delivery for customer accounts preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.50 per hour
