Immediate 1st shift opening! Here is a great opportunity to take charge and gain skills in project coordinating. We are assisting our client, located in Middleton, in recruiting to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their team as soon as possible. This position works to ensure technical service needs of customers are met. This full-time, temporary onsite position is expected to last through 6/30/2023, possibly longer or be hired on, and will operate Monday - Friday from 6:00 am - 3:00 pm. paying $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities:
- Learn key project workflows and related operations, understand customers’ expectations
- Develop a clear understanding of customer site network infrastructure
- Assist project manager with dispatching vendors, negotiating vendor pricing, follow-up, etc.
- Pre-call the building location and dispatch installers to the worksite
- Receive calls and update database
- Attend team meetings for updates
- Other duties as assigned
- HS diploma or GED equivalent is required
- 2+ years of prior experience in a related field preferred
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to complete a drug screen and background check upon accepted job offer
