Purpose of Role: ESCO’s Customer Service Representatives act as primary interface to ESCO’s customers by managing activities between the District Managers, Technical Support Group, Purchasing, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Support, Planning and other Account Representatives. The CSR provides professional and efficient customer service, through prompt and accurate customer order entry, order servicing, and quoting. Works closely with the Sales team to support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Essential position to execute first line customer engagement
  • Work directly with an assignment of North American accounts as well as field customer phone calls
  • Process customer sales orders, returns, credits, and invoices through established standards and procedures
  • Communicate customer requirements to the appropriate people within the organization to ensure conformance to customer purchase orders and inquiries
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behavior in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional customer-facing role required
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills to multi-task and prioritize multiple customer demands simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through written and verbal communication
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
