Monkey Wrench Plumbing is hiring a Customer Support Specialist! We are proud that our growth and expansion have seen us become one of the local leaders in plumbing services, and our team needs to grow in order to continue to serve our growing customer base. We’re seeking professional, motivated, and experienced home service professionals to join our team and help us continue our mission of offering great service and outstanding prices.

Pay

• $19 - $23/hr Base Pay

Shift

• Wednesday - Sunday (Remote weekends)
• Day Shift
• 8-hour Shift

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Analyze and report services malfunctions and provides solutions
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Inform customers about new services
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

Job requirements

• Experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar CS role
• Familiarity with plumbing services is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Patience when handling tough cases
• Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
