You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Process orders in ERP software system efficiently and accurately.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge all orders back to customers in a timely fashion.
- Communicates back to customers in a timely manner regarding the progress of orders, quotes, and other information required.
- Answer customer phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- REQUIRED: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING
- REQUIRED: MUST HAVE DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
