OVERVIEW:

The Customer Service Representative I (Mailroom) is responsible for the day-to-day clerical actions of the mailroom.  This position fulfills detail-oriented entry level functions. This is a work-in-center position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Demonstrates ability to work in accordance with the SaviLinx Guiding Principles.

Supports the day-to-day clerical actions for a contract with the following duties: Ensures privacy, confidentiality, and precision with all work.

Retrieves mail from local post office or accepts deliveries.

Scans, faxes, files, and collates mail.

Maintains a working knowledge of our clients’ requirements.

Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

No supervisory responsibility.

EXPECTED WORKDAYS/HOURS:

Monday - Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Detail-oriented multitaskers, with keen accuracy and attention to details.

HIPAA and PHI experience

Demonstrated success in customer service work (empathy, responsive, patient, conscientious)
