Our Professional Healthcare Company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 2 years- experience. Candidate will be working on-site at our Santa Fe Springs Office. We are an Essential Business Entity.
Hours: 9:30 am - 1:30 pm

Days: Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday

The ideal candidate is someone who is friendly, outgoing, positive and has excellent communication skills. A Medical or Nursing Background is preferred.

Preferred Candidates are CNAs or VN Graduates or Medical Assistants or those who have worked in Hospitals or Facilities or Medical Groups. Someone with a background in business development is preferred.

Candidate is someone who has excellent communication skills both written and oral. We work in conjunction with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, regional centers and private homes providing Nurses, Home Health Aides and Caregivers for Elderly, Terminally Ill and Special Needs. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to handle emergencies with a calm demeanor and is a good problem solver.
We are looking for a self-sufficient candidate who is used to working in an extremely fastpace environment, has solid marketing or sales skills and is familiar with all MS Office Products.
Call Center experience or Marketing Experience or B-2-B Experience /skills are needed.

You will be interacting with existing and potential customers, making warm outbound calls, developing leads, identifying new accounts and initiating relationships with social service organizations.

The ideal person for this position is energetic, has a professional demeanor, hard-working, motivated and detail- orientated. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has good people-skills and can work independently.

You will create market research reports and submit this information to the General Manager and Case Manager. You will be delegated to email or fax or call key contacts to submit Credentials and Contracts for the Company.

Requirements:
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal skills. Job entails connecting with people on the phone, by letter and in person.
  • Experience in marketing or sales. Preferably someone with a Medical Background.
  • Friendly, warm and upbeat. Candidate needs to have a clean-cut, professional appearance and a sense of what's appropriate and acceptable in a business environment.
  • Good character, punctual, reliable and flexible
  • Energetic, team-player, detail orientated person
  • Strong people skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
  • Good internet research skills
