Customer Service Specialist Job at Bottini Fuel
Bottini Fuel, one of the largest fuel and propane providers in the Hudson Valley is seeking Customer Service Specialists to work in various office locations in Red Hook NY and Washingtonville NY locations.
Responsibilities include:
- handling inbound/making outbound customer calls
- troubleshooting/resolving customer account issues
- posting customer payments over the phone/in-person
- any other duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and have a positive, can-do attitude - dependability is a must, ability to multi-task and be a team player.
Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, seasonal (fall/winter) weekend work is required. Training and Interviews are conducted in our Wappingers Falls office. ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES PLEASE!
