Rio Verde Plantas, a DCA Outdoor brand located in Cornelius, Oregon, is a nursery stock production company that occupies 900 acres that is made up of 600 field and 300 container acres. Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate party.
• Posting orders and invoicing customers.
• Confirm freight with customers for outgoing shipments.
• Assist Senior Account Representative in the administration of their duties.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English required, Spanish preferred but not required.
• Able to follow directions in an accurate and timely manner
• Able to effectively communicate information in written and verbal format
• Able to manage multiple changing priorities.
• Strong computer skills to include MS office
• Able to perform data entry, filing, and record keeping tasks

• Positive attitude and a willingness to assist with company goals

Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or GED
