RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create meaningful connections with customers and offer solutions for their needs
- Educate and inform customers of in-store specials and current promotions
- Achieve personal and store performance measures
- Continuously educate yourself about new products to share all available solutions
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Post on social media platforms about promotions and events
- Be a member of a team that creates a positive engaging environment that is contagious to customers and brings them back for more!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Outgoing personality
- Interest in helping others
- A positive outlook on life
- A love for technology
- Desire to learn and develop as a person
- Holiday and weekend availability
SUGGESTED SKILLS:
- Cash handling
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Basic computer/register competence
PAY:
- $14.00/hour
- No commission
- Increment pay increases with tenure
- Full benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Two weeks of Paid Time Off
- Four weeks of paid training
