Job Description
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Resolving critical IT-related issues that negatively impact the mission
- Providing support for network and Active Directory Administration
- Lotus Notes and Domino Administration and account provisioning
- Performing remote desktop triage and system repair using remote tools.
- Maintaining and updating records and tracking databases.
- Managing the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems
- Supporting customer’s account provisioning system / MIMS, ability to multi-task, good verbal/written skills, customer relations.
Required Skills
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
- Three years related experience or relevant combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated IT close support experience
- Current DMA
- RH experience
Desired Skills
- Hardware installation experience.
