Job Scope:
Join and assist the Customer Experience Feedback Team in all facets including but not limited to: calls, customer support cases and escalations. During the process of assisting customers to ensure their experience is heard and valued, the ultimate goal will be to target root causes to create an imperative review of current processes and policies that could contribute in avoiding future negative experiences.

As a Customer Experience Specialist you will support the coaching and training of the seasonal staff. At times you will be the link between reps and Supervisors/ Managers.

Essential Job Functions:
 Responsible for taking escalated calls triggered from Customer Feedback Portals
 Backup support assisting in customer cases and escalations triggered from: Medallia
 Backup support assisting in customer cases and escalations triggered from: Yelp
 Backup support assisting in customer cases and escalations triggered from: Yotpo
 Backup support assisting in customer cases and escalations triggered from: BBB
 Backup support assisting in customer cases and escalations triggered from: Attorney General
 Backup support in all facets of the Customer Experience Team
 Creating informative feedback to Direct Supervisor when root causes are established
 Support new rep training
 Strategic call center contribution
 Identify opportunities for improving training presentations and documents
 Backup for all other positions from the Customer Experience Team as well as cross trained backup support in other departments including but not limited to: contact center and product sales
Experience or Training Required:
 Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
 PC proficiency required
 Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 Must be extremely customer oriented and a team player
 Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task
