We are seeking a high-energy and experienced customer success professional with a validated successful track record of driving customer business outcomes. This full-time position requires outstanding project management skills, executive relationship skills, and an ability to connect customer outcomes to NVIDIA value. This role is responsible for post-sales customer success for select NVIDIA customers and helping NVIDIA build out our Customer Success function. You will be the key point of contact and post-sales relationship owner for a defined set of customers, driving successful adoption, retention, expansion and advocacy of NVIDIA solutions within the account.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Build relationships with customer contacts that are pivotal in the successful implementation of NVIDIA software solutions at the customer site.
  • Develop success plans to optimally and efficiently move customers to their desired business outcomes (retention) and grow revenue (upsell), or prospect into new departments (cross-sell).
  • Consistently develop business value metrics and support internal development of resources, education, and tools to broadly share this messaging.
  • Lead customer onboarding including crafting/completing checklist templates and detailing status, next steps; accelerate customer time to value by addressing any operational blocks and proactively supporting customer through any external project issues; Be a trusted advisor to end-users, ensuring clients derive maximum value from their investment.
  • Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan.
  • Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success.
  • Be the voice of the customer. Provide a feedback loop to the product organization about likes and dislikes of the product, key features desired, and roadmap prioritization from our key customers.
What we need to see:
  • BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years experience in sales, professional services, or customer facing solution architecture role.
  • A solid understanding of the NVIDIA enterprise software portfolio
  • A real passion for getting things done in a dynamic sales and technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally.

  • Exceptional project management experience and development of thoughtful customer success plans that lead to true customer delight.
  • Understanding of financial services workflows, modern machine learning and AI trends.
  • A strong interest in understanding new technologies and adept at conveying their value to customer(s).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.

The base salary range is $182,000 - $308,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
