Customer Success Specialist Job at ZEISS Group
CAPTURE 3D, LLC, a ZEISS company, has an immediate opening to expand our Santa Ana based team. Hybrid opportunity based on projects, schedules and inhouse activities / events. We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Customer Success Specialist with a positive attitude and a skill for being detail oriented. The Customer Success Specialist plays a vital role in retaining and recapturing support contracts within our customer base while providing a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers.
The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for reaching out to customers through outgoing calls and emails with the main focus on renewing and/or re-enrolling customers onto a support contract. Additionally, check on current conditions, update records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Calling existing customers
- Sending renewal quotes for support contracts
- Contacting customers to renew/re-enroll
- Writing detailed call notes
- Updating records in CRM database
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Surveying customers
- Creating sales orders, purchase orders, and submitting orders through our internal configurator
Basic Qualifications
- 3 years minimum of pertinent work experience
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team player
- Quick learner, detail oriented, and self-starter
- Technology-savvy utilizing different platforms available to obtain records
- QuickBooks
- Dynamics CRM 2015 (preferred, but not required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Computer skills
The salary range for this position is $20.50 to $45.50 per hour.
The salary offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
